Wow, the SPESE private equity course was fantastic.  I wish this type of
info was offered when I was doing my MBA, as it closed the gap nicely
between the practical elements of managing a big business and the ways
and means of actually acquiring and/or selling that business.

I always wanted to run my own business and having experience managing
within large companies, I had no idea how to start, buy or own one.  The
course really opened my eyes to the 'practical' world of financing
business acquisitions and should be a mandatory part of every business
course.
