The need for custom education
Standard public programs offered by universities and large training providers often do not meet the specific needs of your organisation. Each organisation is trying to differentiate itself in the product market, so needs management training to address that specific need.
Our process
We will interview you to understand your issues and opportunities, then craft a program to address that need. If you have needs outside our areas of specialty we use our relationships with other specialist training providers both overseas and in Australia to fill the gaps.
Our specialty
Our focus is programs in private equity, strategy and entrepreneurship. This is where we have experience designing and teaching programs and have developed materials. In strategy our strength is corporate level strategy i.e. around M&A, private equity, managing a portfolio of businesses, divestiture, structuring deals, linking strategy to capital markets.
